Events
Below Problems and Medications on the Clinical Summary screen are Letters and Events. Events are used to record interactions with patients with many different Event types (these can be defined by each Renal Unit). Patients often have many different Events and to simplify review, these can be filtered by Event Type and Event User on the Events screen.
Note that some Event types are fairly simple in form – e.g. logging a telephone call with a patient or family member – or more complex to handle special encounters or the recording of various measurements. In some cases there are links to supporting materials or other instructions.
