Problems
Problems can be either SNOMED Diagnoses or Procedures (linked to the NHS England website) or free text. Each Problem has the option of storing a full date (Day, Month, Year) or a partial date with Month, Year or just Year. The order in which Problems are displayed is by default the order in which they are entered but this can be reordered easily by users (see the video demo).
Problems can be archived easily so they no longer appear in the current Problem List but can be seen on the Problems screen under Archived Problems.
