Electronic CCs
One major function of Renalware is the creation of letters for patients, GPs, hospital colleagues and other individuals. Letters can be copied electronically to any Renalware user (this happens automatically to a patient’s Named Nurse and/or Named Consultant).
Electronic CCs (eCCs) appear on the Dashboard as shown and can be marked as Read following which the eCC will disappear from the Dashboard with the Date and Time the letter was read recorded.
