Clinic Visits
Clinic Visits are used to record patient visits to clinics. The basic Clinic Visit has fields for routine observations (BP lying and standing, weight, height and urine stick tests) with a section for Notes. Specific Clinic Visits can have additional fields customised for that Clinic type (e.g. Dietetic visit).
Clinic Visits can be linked to the Clinic List held on the Trust’s Patient Administration System. Once a Clinic Visit has been created, it can be used to draft a Clinical Letter with the Clinic Observations added automatically.
